No! Movuca is completely free for event attendees. You only pay if you choose to buy tickets for paid events. Browsing, joining free events, and using all platform features costs nothing.

Simply:

  1. Find an event you like
  2. Tap “Join Event”
  3. For free events, you’re instantly registered
  4. For paid events, complete the secure checkout
  5. Receive your confirmation and any tickets
  6. The event appears in your “My Events” section

Refund policies vary by event:

  • Free events: Leave anytime without penalty
  • Paid events: Check the specific refund policy on the event page
  • Most organizers offer refunds 24-48 hours before the event
  • If an event is cancelled, you always get a full refund
  • Refunds typically process within 5-10 business days

We verify all events through:

  • Organizer identity verification (look for the ✓ badge)
  • Event detail review
  • Venue confirmation
  • Community ratings and reviews
  • Ongoing quality monitoring

Only join events from verified organizers and report any suspicious activity.

For Event Organizers

Creating events on Movuca is free! We offer:

  • Free Plan: Unlimited free events, up to 100 attendees
  • Pro Plan: R$99/month for unlimited attendees and premium features
  • Business Plan: R$299/month for teams and advanced tools

For paid events, we charge a small transaction fee of 3.5% + R$1 per ticket.

Movuca helps you reach your audience through:

To reset your password:

  1. Go to the login screen
  2. Tap “Forgot Password?”
  3. Enter your email or phone number
  4. Check your email/SMS for reset link
  5. Create a new password
  6. Use the new password to log in

Yes! Movuca currently supports:

  • Portuguese (Brazil)
  • English
  • Spanish

The app automatically detects your device language. You can change it in Settings > Language.

To delete your account:

  1. Go to Settings > Account
  2. Scroll to “Delete Account”
  3. Confirm your decision
  4. Your data will be removed within 30 days

Note: This action cannot be undone and you’ll lose all event history.
